3. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, ketchup, sauce, chili wine and salt.
4. Chop onion and chili pepper. Lay them over the chicken.
5. Discard the sauce I am cooking.
6. Put on high heat with the lid closed.
7. As soon as it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a boil. At least 1 1/2 hours. From time to time, turn the pieces of chicken so that they do not stick to the pan.
8. When the sauce is almost ready, the chicken will be ready.
